The staff members were very cute. I noticed fresh milk in the fridge and high-quality toiletries in the bathroom. Dairy-free alternatives were provided for breakfast and I have a dairy intolerance. It was a very seamless experience.
My room had one medium-sized radiator and it was very cold. I felt quite uncomfortable . I also had to pay extra for parking.

The room was a decent size, BUT the noise level from the street below was quite high. I found it difficult to sleep despite the earplugs provided. Breakfast arrived in a hamper at 8am. It was a bit inconvenient. I would have preferred a later delivery time or the option to opt out altogether, and the breakfast choice was limited.
